A KIDS’ INTERACTIVE WILDLIFE EXHIBIT THAT INCLUDES THE KIDS: This interpretive centre, associated with the large outdoor BC Wildlife Centre, in Kamloops BC, orients visitors to the outdoor zoo and and encourages kids to learn about nature, through a number of interactive conservation exhibits. The habitat of the Burrowing Owl is a feature display, while Bear hibernation is demonstrated, using a distinctively stylized cutaway exhibit. The “Bee Phone” links to a live microphone in a real working beehive. Even the trees in this stylish interpretive center are interactive, allowing kids to climb inside and look out, as though they are forest creatures, themselves.
