Steve has been with the 3DS team since 2003 and now guides the company as its General Manager. His career in the specialty fabrication industry spans more than 20 years. In that time, Steve has held senior positions in Project Management, Estimating, Procurement, Marketing & Sales, Production and Installation. Steve’s innate talent for developing effective management strategies combined with his ability to motivate people make him an invaluable force behind the 3DS success story.

John Gower

JOHN’s unique abilities qualify him to lead 3DS projects in an imaginative and highly competent manner. From client relationships through to engineering and fabrication, John’s skills are grounded in the practices of structural design, engineering and construction. He has designed and built everything from mixed-used complexes to film sets and museum exhibits. Dwelling in the realms of feasibility, construction management, architecture, material applications and production processes, John’s strength lies in his ability to comprehend and actualize the extraordinary.

JIM has been managing high-end residential, retail and restaurant interiors for more than thirty-five years. No stranger to complex and specialized projects, he founded and ran one of Vancouver’s finest millwork companies in the 80’s. Working with Jim means you’ll get to streamline costs and procedural considerations without sacrificing quality. He is a highly motivated problem solver who is always willing, available and qualified to address your particular needs and concerns.

John Gleadle

JOHN has 40 years experience designing and building nearly everything imaginable, from cabinetry to houses, sports cars and aircraft to animatronics and electronic gadgets. His background in Fine Arts combined with his considerable technical skills, provide an ideal basis for translating abstract design concepts into successful, working fabrications.

Trish Hann

Trish came to 3DS with a background that is both artistic and technical. From large-format graphics to resort village signage and wayfinding systems, she is in charge of all design, graphic production and output for 3DS. Trish has extensive experience in packaging and branding, photography and signage design. From generating original designs of her own to implementing the ideas of our clients and other designers, Trish is a versatile, creative presence and an invaluable long-time member of the 3DS team.

Shane Hunter

Our longest-standing employee, at 15 years, Shane conceived, built and managed our highly specialized and advanced finishing and painting department. He is a highly talented and skilled finisher and is recognized as one of the world’s top Luminore applicators. 3DS is well-known for the quality and mastery of its finishes and Shane’s expertise is the key to our reputation. His team works with an extremely wide range of materials and processes, both exotic and traditional, from cast products to antique reproduction and contemporary painted finishes.

With the company for 10 years, Scott now manages the 3DS manufacturing facility. In this capacity, he has earned the deep respect of clients and colleagues alike for his team’s ability to create beautifully finished products from abstract, conceptual designs. Scott maintains that the 3DS manufacturing function transcends the physical machinery to become “ a living, breathing entity” that also includes dedicated craftspeople and a deep commitment to delivering truly exceptional projects.
