Reg Wilford brings over 10 years of international management experience to 3DS. He is dedicated to strong working relationships, across the diverse range of our clients’ industries. Reg’s talent is in understanding how to link strategic design with targeted business objectives. As a creative-minded business liaison, capable of delivering results-oriented solutions, Reg is your ongoing connection with each phase of the 3DS process, from initial planning to final installation.

Steve Kelly

Steve‘s innate talent for developing effective management strategies and his ability to motivate people make him an invaluable force behind 3DS’ success. His career in the specialty fabrication industry spans more than 20 years. Steve has held senior positions in Project Management, Estimating, Procurement, Marketing & Sales, Production and Installation and he now guides 3DS’ administration and finances.

John Gower

John is in charge of everything we build. Every 3DS project goes through him and he leads our Project Managers with an ability to comprehend the extraordinary, yet make it reality. From client relationships through to engineering & fabrication, John’s unique skills are grounded in structural design, engineering and construction. He has designed and built everything from mixed-use complexes to film sets and museum exhibits. John’s duties at 3DS involve feasibility, construction management, material applications and production processes.

With 3DS for 10 years, Scott manages its manufacturing facility. In this capacity, he has earned the deep respect of clients and colleagues alike for his team’s ability to create beautifully finished products from abstract, conceptual designs. Scott maintains that 3DS manufacturing transcends physical machinery to become “ a living, breathing entity”. The heart of this entity is our team of dedicated craft professionals and their deep commitment to delivering truly exceptional work.

Shane Hunter

Shane, our longest-standing employee, conceived, built and manages our highly specialized advanced Finishing & Painting Department. He is a talented and skilled finisher and is also recognized as one of the world’s top Luminore applicators. 3DS is well-known for the quality and mastery of its finishes and Shane’s expertise is key to our reputation. His team works with an extremely wide range of materials and processes, both exotic and traditional, from cast products to antique reproduction and contemporary finishes.

Jim Davidson

Jim has managed development of high-end residential, retail and restaurant interiors for more than thirty-five years. No stranger to complex, specialized projects, he founded and ran one of Vancouver’s finest millwork companies in the Eighties. Working with Jim means you’ll streamline costs and procedural considerations without sacrificing quality. He’s a qualified, highly motivated problem solver who is always willing and available to address your particular needs and concerns.

John Gleadle

John has 40 years’ experience designing and building nearly everything imaginable, from cabinetry to houses, sports cars and aircraft to animatronics and electronic gadgets. His background in Fine Arts, combined with his considerable technical skills, provide an ideal basis for translating abstract design concepts into consistently successful, working fabrications.

Trish Hann

Trish came to 3DS with a background that is both artistic and technical. From large-format graphics to resort village signage & wayfinding systems, she is in charge of all design, graphic production and output for 3DS. Trish has extensive experience in packaging and branding, photography and signage design. From implementing the ideas of our clients and other designers to generating original designs of her own, Trish is a versatile, creative presence and an invaluable longtime member of the 3DS team.

Simon Pirquet

With a Master’s Degree in Architecture and a Bachelor’s in Environmental Design, Simon comes to 3DS with impeccable credentials. Since graduating Dalhousie University, Simon has flourished in a great variety of working environments. He is equally at home in the design office, on the jobsite and in the digital world. His hands-on experience with construction and building techniques informs his advanced skills in model-building. Before joining 3DS, Simon held positions with architectural firms in both Vancouver and Halifax.

Michael-John Bailie

MICHAEL-JOHN came to 3DS with a mastery of material properties, construction techniques and custom fabrication. He earned his Master’s of Architecture at the University of Buffalo, in the Material Culture Research Group, where he practiced design research & construction experimentation. Mike came to Vancouver in pursuit of a collaborative, innovative environment, which led him naturally to 3DS. His skills in the design-build process enable him to drive a project from the initial design stage into full-scale construction.

Henriette Martinitz

Henriette manages all 3DS’ financial activity with a firm, knowledgeable approach, steeped in years of international financial management. Her practical day-to-day tasks are approached with a high-level of understanding and experience in a wide range of fiscal issues. Henriette is completely well-suited to a company like 3DS, which works with clients in multiple industries and demands versatility and competence in each of its business disciplines.
